MODELS 6101, 6102, 6103
- DC Three-Phase welding machines offer the following additional features: High Power Factor, Reduced load on Plant Primary Electrical Service, Balanced effect of magnetic materials between Arms, Reduced installation costs.
- Welding Control unit TE 183, with direct current reading.
- Six-phase Silicon Rectifier with device to check the diodes proper clamping.
- Protection of the diodes against overload, over voltages and temperature.
- Synchronous SCR Contactor insulated from the cooling water circuit with protection thermostat.
- Two-Stage Electric Footswitch.
- Pre-connection for additional Double-Stage Footswitch.
- Emergency Stop push button, to stop the machine immediately.
- Protection with automatic circuit breaker.
- Water-cooled Transformer, Plates, Electrode Holders and Electrodes.
- Adjustable Double-Stroke Cylinder with key control, has Chrome-plated Stem for heavy duty works and long life. Adjustable, anti-rotation device.
- Complex Pneumatic cycle, with electrode low force squeeze.
- Built-in compressed Air filter unit and tank. (Compressed air disconnection device)
- Electrodes descend without pressure for both maintenance and set-up.
- Two-Hand Safety Control with timer and removable key selector
- Flow Switch, which stops the machine if the cooling water does not flow.
